Speaking of covers, I think this is one of the best covers ever. I came across this video some time ago. Its taken from a TV show in Granada from 1982, and shows The Jam belting out this Curtis Mayfield song with perfection. This illustrates the preface for Weller's next step to The Style Council. His progression was completely logical.
